ICOMOS India is pleased to announce the Special General Meeting (SGM) to be held online on Sunday, 1st November 2020, from 11 am to 1.30 pm. Zoom ID will be sent to all members via listserv on 27th October, 2020.
The meeting is being held following recommendations made at the Annual General Meeting 2020 to present and adopt the Budget 2020-21, the Strategic Plan and SOPG Annexure 14. The same was recorded in the minutes of the meeting circulated with the General Body.
Please find attached the Notice for SGM, the Agenda for the meeting and all other relevant documents regarding each matter listed within the Notice. It is requested to send queries, if any, 96 hours before the day of the meeting, i.e., by end of day 27th October 2020. Please send queries via email to icomosindia@gmail.com.
All COMOS members are requested to be present at the meeting. The procedure to join the virtual meeting for participation by all general body members shall be shared subsequently.
