The Masterplan initiative is centred in and around the Azaadi ka Amrit Mahotsav themes to celebrate and acknowledge the development over the course of India’s 75 years of Independence. The themes are provided as Freedom Struggle, Ideas@75, Resolve@75, Action@75 and Achievements@75. Our Masterplan Team seeks ideas and proposals which align with the aforementioned themes to be taken forward within this initiative. Proposals can be shared with our team here.
In September 2019, ICOMOS India sent an open call for Expression of Interest to all its members who wished to and were qualified to join the Working Group. ICOMOS India EPWG was officially launched in October 2019 at the National Scientific Conclave held in Mumbai. EPWG aims to expand their membership base within COMOS India and enable better integration of Emerging Professionals within the organisation. Working closely at all levels with young students, aspiring professionals and senior members, including COMOS India’s Executive Committee; it will facilitate inter-generational engagement and maintain ICOMOS’ scientific relevance.
